At OverDue, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love what you ordered. While all sales are generally final, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a limited return and refund option under the conditions below. Please reach out, most requests are fulfilled!
Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
How It Works

Email us at OverdueUniversity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, we’ll send you simple return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your original order (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.
